"I was very disappointed in the staff in general. at the hotel the front desk check-in. She was rude. No welcome, greeting or other kindness. Our interaction with staff at breakfast was also rude. There’s no sign to explain self seating or self service. Both questions were asked of staff and their response was very rude. I’m sorry but if nothing is explained and the client is not informed, we assume certain services. When we checked out, there was no one at the desk. 9am on a Saturday. We waited. Finally after making eye contact multiple times with what seemed to be a manager wandering around the bar, he came over. Asked what we needed. Then he went into the staff office then said someone else would be with us a some point. No apology, no explanation, no service. We left the card keys and left. This all seems unacceptable at a high end Hyatt property."

"Solid Hotel for a short stay. Booked one of the king suites and while spacious it wasn’t the cleanest room but was good enough for a night. Could use a deep cleaning of bathroom sink, toilets, and tub."

"The whole place is under construction/renovation. Zero amenities. Pool was drained and nothing in service. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but nothing else as promised on the listing on hotels.com."

"Hotel is very outdated. Walls and carpets dirty, outlet covers are filthy. Shower fixtures are rusty. Pool had no towels despite multiple guests informing the staff. WiFi did not recognize last name and room number to log in. Toilet seat very loose. And to top it off, alarm in room went off at 6am (not set by us!). Will not stay at a Hilton again. Sticking to Marriots in the future. "

"This is a hard review to write. For the most part our stay was perfectly pleasant. The room was nice, the location central, the bed comfy. The problems for us were the front desk staff and the layout/accessibility of the place. The first night we checked in it was raining pretty hard. There is no awning over the front door, so we unpacked the car in the rain, not that big a deal, but pretty inconvenient and not what you want after a day on the road. The larger problem came after parking the car and realizing that there was no entry from the door leading in from the parking lot because it was after 6 and there was no.key entry. I had to walk all the way around the building and was soaked by the time I got in. The man, cannot call him gentle, at the desk had been unhelpful with check in. finally in, there are no batteries in our remote, I trudged back to the front desk (did I mention it is a looooong trudge to the rooms?) The guy took it replaced them and tossed it back all without a word. The worst, though, was the 3rd morning we had to call down because of a clogged toilet. The front desk woman, to her credit, came down herself, plunged and told me not to put toilet paper in the toilet that that was what the trash can was for and then proceeded to wash the plunger with water only in the ice bucket and return the ice bucket to the shelf. GAG ME! Nice rooms, good price, self (be vigilant) service."

"Front desk staff Irene and Andrew were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate Irene for being so helpful and Andrew assisting her when she had questions. The room was clean and our stay was great! There is plenty of parking on the lower level. There was a big event going on and still plenty of parking. I would absolutely come back to stay here. Thank you Irene and Andrew."
