The room was clean, & that was the only good thing to say about it. It was the first time ever staying in an Ibis, & will be the last. We didn't stay for breakfast as our flight left at 07.25, but I have subsequently found out that the breakfast starts being served very early, but we weren't told that either. We were taken to Birmingham...

"A nice quiet room like I asked for. Everything felt clean. The single bed needs replacing because the mattress tilted. Manager Sam was great when I gave feedback. Things have improved massively since she took over."

"The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either."
