"Lake side view is fantastic and good for the price. Amazing and friendly staff, property is kept very well maintained and clean. Lots of stuff to see and do on the property and it's a ten minute drive from Downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. 12/10 highly recommend, I'll definitely be back later this year"

"When we arrived we were put in a room that was not a balcony nor was it a lake view the room was so filthy that walking from the bathroom to the bed it looked.like the floor was made of dirt i had to go myself and buy some cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub out the was mold on ever surface in the bathroom the bedding was so dirty it stuck like someone had sweated on it and never used deodorant we stayed one night but was. Charged for two I will never stay at a Wyndham property ever again it was a rip off and the guy at the desk said he would talk to his boss about it and nothing ever came of it so I am very very disappointed with the Wyndham hotel service and shape of the room thanks for wrecking our short vacation"

"The gated property was a plus. Keyless entry from the app-10/10! Cleanliness was fantastic. Tv screen was huge. Lots of bath towels, hand towels, & wash rags (not like most where you have 1 set for 1 person) I had 3 sets for 1 person. The room came with some snacks (chips, cookies, muffins, & bottled water). Responsiveness of the staff through text was quick & easy. Overall, I’d recommend. Definitely will book again. It wasn’t very busy, I felt safe (as a single woman, traveling alone, this was a huge plus as well)."
