"Clean room older hotel."

"Nothing was unique about the property, but its consistency always meets our expectations for brief travel layovers. Staff was very good and appreciate the opportunity for breakfast on site."

"97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :("

"When we arrived we were told the elevator was broken leaving us to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the hall just outside our room. The carpet was wet in the room. There was a horrible odor in the room of air freshener. The fridge door was crooked and didn’t close all the way. The bathroom was very poorly maintained with cracked tiles, a plastic bag catching a leaky pipe, the valence was knocked off and crooked…I could go on and on....

"A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing."

"The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but the room felt quite outdated and could really benefit from a refresh. The furnishings and decor appeared worn, and the carpet looked old and not as clean as it should have been, which affected the overall impression of the room. Updating the room and replacing or deep-cleaning the carpet would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations."

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"The pool area with bar service to you while you are wading in the pool is the best! Then sit poolside and order a burger or snack! Live music and towel and water bottles free for your stay! I love this Hotel and Casino! I will always come back."
