"This was our first time in Sofia - the Best Western Plus was in a perfect location for the metro station (European Union Metro) which is two stops from the city centre. It was a short and easy drive from the airport and great for parking too (€10 per night). I emailed in advance of our stay to book a parking space as the underground garage isn’t that big. "Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online"
