"Continental Breakfast was excellent. Reception desk was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport in the morning. Room was very nice."

"We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...

"I use this as a stop over before and after flying at Newcastle Airport. It’s a 7 minute walk to the terminal and it clean and the owners are friendly and very helpful especially regarding early morning departure or late night arrivals. More comfortable than the three other hotels on airport "

"Stayed here for 2 nights in a balcony room, lovely view of the river & very nice that we could sit outside. We had gone for my partners birthday & a lovely bottle of fizz was left for us to enjoy. "Very clean and comfortable room, excellent bathroon with good shower. Really liked the interior design and general feel of the hotel and we were able to leave our bags all day while my granddaughter visited the university that was close by. Also very reasonable price for two rooms."
