"WiFi seemed to be an issue for 2 out of 5 days which had to be resolved with tech contractor during the week. Super Spartan accomodations, no digital clock/alarm, no microwave, no coffee maker, no mini-fridge. Just a bed and a bathroom. No pool access due to cold weather. Parking lot has a deep recess in a couple of areas for flood control so you have to be cateful backing out and moving slow, otherwise its gonna be like a mini-roller coaster that gonna stress out your shocks (and maybe your ribs)."

"1st we drove 6 hrs to Reno for a show we get to the hotel, we find out we have no fridge in our room, and the beds were like sleeping on concrete!!! Other then that everything was fine just wish we had a place for our drinks n a comfortable bed to sleep before another 6 hr drive home"

"Honestly it stunk. Like the smell was really bad in the hallways and our room smelled like weed. Little disappointed. It was clean but you can hear everything in the hallway and in the next rooms."

"I recently stayed at Boomtown Casino Hotel in Reno and was very disappointed with the experience. One of the main issues was that there was only one working elevator for the hotel guests, and it was limited to approximately six people at a time. This caused long waits and was extremely inconvenient, especially during busy hours. Another major concern was housekeeping. Our room was not serviced daily, and we were not provided with fresh towels each day, which is something guests should be able to expect during their stay. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when we brought these concerns to their attention. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was lacking during our visit. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again unless major improvements are made."

"We went there for volleyball tournament, it was close to the tournament and it was a good choice for the girls. I wouldn’t suggest if you go without kids. I think the casino could be better and bad part is a lot of people are smoking all over the place"

"I wanted to be close to family across the street at WorldMark so this was convenient. The room was huge, lots of space and very clean. I especially loved the clothes steamer! What a treat!"
