"The restaurants in the casino are not prepared for the masses of people after the outdoor concerts. If you're using valet service to retrieve your vehicle you can expect a 40-50 minute wait to get car. Which also means you have to tip 3 people along the way!"

"These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. "

"It’s a clean and newer hotel, so that’s nice. Staff kindness and amenities offered are bare minimum, they don’t go out of their way as far as “hospitality”. No housekeeping services, no pool, no fridge or microwave in room. For the price point I would go elsewhere next time."

"The actual room was ok. Clean and with the amenities one would expect. But the hotel is situated in a seedy neighborhood. Outside the hotel there are enough homeless people with visible mental health problem roaming around - at some point one guy was emptying the trash right outside the hotel shouting various things. I think it gave my 14 y.o. daughter a renewed appreciation for where she lives. "

"On the last day, noticed A/C filter needed to be changed, probably the reason why im having trouble breathing now and feel like my asthma of 25 years ago seems to be coming back... With a vengeance! Parking is a bit tight especially since Many customers seem to be bringing in their big Chevys and Ford F-150's. the lot next to it is parking for Firestation Personnel which has space but you run the risk of getting called out by hotel staff or Fire Dept."

"We stayed two nights. Our room with one king bed was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the little tree lined pathway from the lobby to the back of the building where our room was - we used this route instead of the indoor hallways. We had a lovely and delicious dinner at the hotel's Indian restaurant. We were driving, stayed at the hotel for a nearby event, so I can't comment on airport shuttle services."

"This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either."

"My husband booked this hotel because he thought it was cool that it was an older building and the rooms were only in the 2nd and 3rd floor above a bar & restaurant. The room looked cute- modern decor in an old building. I’m not a neat freak but I do inspect the room. We hadn’t touched the bed and right there under the decor pillow lay two long stands of hair that was clearly not either of ours. Yuck. In the shower, I found several pieces of hair. "Breakfast is still awesome. Place is great location and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. 3 stars because no one alerted me to a new parking fee. Really disappointing to see this. "

"Room was clean and the staff was very nice. No issues while we were staying there. We aren't casino people, but came for a volleyball tournament. We were pleasantly surprised at how well we slept. The rooms were really quiet, allowing for a decent night sleep after a long day. "

"The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom."
