"Staff, clean facility, breakfast and coffee availability"

"Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!"

"There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed."

"Room was clean. I wish they put trash bags in the trash cans. The waffle maker is not available during the week which is disappointing."

"The Best Western person (Keith is his name) managing the breakfast process and area was outstanding. He does a phenomenal job and is a "behavior" model for all Best Western employees. I will stay at this property again because of this impressive person."
