"Room heat was sporadic at best"

"The hotel just appeared to be old and not well maintained. The common hall was not air-conditioned ad it smelled. The bathroom needed help. Bath tub faucet would not keep prmpetature unless the shower was running I ran hot water in my legs due to cramps, the regulator kept moving until my legs were burning. Tge tub was stained black. I would have never taken a bath in that. No toiletries. The kitchen had no footwear, dishes, glasses etc"

Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that upkeep has been neglected; the walls were dirty and scuffed, and there were physical holes in both the walls and the floor. "No. Ac in any room. For 500 dollars a night I think they should have offered a discount or at least a night stay to make up for that but instead I guess they wanted their money regardless. Not happy"
