"Property was clean, pictures advertised where exact, host was attentive and fixed problems right away, kept us informed and checked in to make sure we had every try ing. Offered a free night and bottle of wine when they couldn’t fix the power outage even though it wasn’t their fault. Security on site at night, grocery store a close 5min walk at the most. Central location to subway and train system."

"We booked a family room at W6 Hotel Hammersmith for late June/early July 2026 with our infant and 12-year-old. The W6 Hotel experience was likely the worst we have ever had (and we've stayed in London several times in budget-friendly properties, no complaints).

"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

"The room lost power on the first night (including air condition) , we sent a message to them as instructed we didn’t get an answer until 10 am and they said they would fix it in 30 minutes but they never came back and they didn’t fix it all morning. When we were leaving to start our day we reminded them and that is when they finally decided to fix it.
