"we enjoyed our 2night stay , room 116 is the best stramnge as they only have 41 rooms, as recomended by Tyler ( A future manager ) who was on reception ,plus he was realy helpful on letting us know what was happening in the hotel and surrounding areas eg Bexhill etc. Not a massive hotel ,but due to really hot weather we made full use of the terrace and private garden area. One complaint !! the shower tray is very slippery when wet.A non slip tray would be safer. Otherwise EXCELLANT two night stay."

"The staff at this hotel are helpful and polite. I had a minor issue with my room, I reported this to reception and they had somebody at my room in five minutes to resolve the issue. Food was good and I especially enjoyed the breakfast with a wide selection of fruits, preserves and an excellent cooked breakfast choice. I would definitely visit this hotel again, for me, the mark of excellent customer service is when something goes wrong and how the staff deal with that. Highly recommend "
