"Rooms need work—appeared the door had been previously pried into, gaps along the doorway. There was also a large gap at the base of the door so when maintenance personnel was hosing down the walkways, water was spraying into our room at the base of the door. Sink was backing up so we relied on using the faucet from the bathtub. If you are on a budget then this is where to stay. Basically a bed, towels, and shampoo— that’s it. No hangers. TV, mini fridge and microwave were excellent! And staff is the best— thank you Eric, for a great stay! Also, great security for hotel guest parking!"

"Staff was not welcoming and was bothered at check in. Toilet in the room and brown floating materials with every flush. Shower was clogged."

"Getting in to the hotel was a little tricky. Overall, a nice place to stay, especially if you are attending a venue at Staye Farm Stadium. We were traveling with our small dog and were quite shocked at the $75 charge for one pet. 99%of hotels we stay at charge less than $25 per night. It would have been nice to know that fee before booking."

"The front desk mentioned that I booked through a third party and gave me the worst room in the hotel. Our room was located above the open breakfast area. Every morning we were woken up by furniture be moved at 5:30am and people talking and kids screaming and running. I wouldn’t recommend. The staff was uninterested when I complained and we were told the hotel was full. The elevator was broken and the stairs were filthy. Definitely won’t be back here. "

"It's a nice property,fwy noise but that's all good place to stay very central for my needs."

"The laundry situation sucked. We had to use coins to wash and dry. Our clothes did not dry after one cycle. We went back downstairs to ask for more coins and they didn’t have any. We wished we just found a local laundry mat and started the washing process there. The staff at the lobby didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience or a solution for my problem. We only had our room serviced once despite spending 4 nights on our stay. When re requested our trash to be taken out, we were told “oh you’re checking out today, they’ll change it after you leave”. For anybody that has kids, you know the smell of a poopy diaper can quickly spread to an entire hotel room. We were very disappointed by the service of the lobby staff. "

"Honestly, everything was very good. The only reason I don’t give a higher score was because the rooms were very small. I prefer a bit more room to move around. "

"The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed with a small kitchenette. The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and will return for any future visits to Glendale. "
