"Check in was nice , everything was fine besides our heater wasn’t working at first and the room was freeeezing. But they fixed it later that evening.
Hot tub was down during our stay.

"I really like this place. We come to San Antonio to visit our daughter’s family and this place is our favorite. The breakfast is a bit pricey so we don’t eat there.

"Our stay was good, the elevators were not working but when you’re eating out a lot that’s a little mini workout. We stayed for the weekend and the lady in the front desks was kind enough to hold the room next to mine for my sister so we would have an adjacent room"
