"The spa is super , the rooms are simple but perfect and the staff are just so helpful and lovely I left something behind and it was no problem for the staff to arrange to send it back to me in London the next morning . Nothing is complicated as life should be and is very rarely found. It’s the second time I have been there and to Helmsley in the last 3 weeks and I will be back again soon . Thank you . "
