"honestly, one of the most perfect stays I’ve had, and they guy that helped us check in :) loved him, so real. Besides my unfortunate Taco Bell circumstances, the upgrade we go with the tub really pulled through. 10/10 recommend. <3<3"

"Great location, very quiet, super comfortable bed and pillows. Parking requires a smaller car , our SUV was very hard to fit in the underground paid hotel parking and the garage has no outlet at the end, had to back out up ramp to find a spot."

"A nice hotel in a good location. The little extras like the free pinball machines in the basement and the complimentary beer/cider hour in the evenings were nice ( though for a 'resort fee' of $33 a day, they're not exactly free....) The hotel was let down by not having any breakfast or dining options onsite and the bathrooms had metal sinks, which felt a bit more like a prison than a stylish bathroom "

"I really enjoyed my stay here! I loved being downtown and easily walk or use public transportation to the places I wanted to go. The front desk staff are nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and I loved the amenities and loved the tv and king size bed. I would stay here again for sure! "

"Hotel is great. Clean and excellent staff. Wasn’t aware they didn’t have a store for basic essentials or snacks until I saw a sign on counter. Not the safest to go to local CVS walking at night. Daytime is safer. Temp housing in the rear of hotel attracts PEH to be around at night. Self Parking next to hotel is great. "

"Our stay was good- the location of the hotel was great, the room was modern and didnt have a carpet which I loved! Even though our room was close to the elevator, it was really quiet. The only thing I wouldnt give 5 stars for was the shower- the glass wall was somewhat small and didnt fully prevent water from splashing on the floor. The shower head was also not my favourite. Lack of fan made the bathroom really humid. It didnt affect our stay, just something I wanted to mention in case there...

"We love Ace Hotel! Really nice people at front desk. PDX has seen better times (COVID and Trump’s invasion didn’t help.) But, it’s still one of favorite places to visit. Just need to not leave stuff in your car, bc if anything of value is visible-theft is a possibility. My kid learned the hard way. But despite that-I’d highly recommend Ace Hotel. And their shampoos and soaps smell nice too! Thanks "

"It would be great if the made the elevator the kind that you need a key card to use. I don’t like how anyone from the bar that is downstairs, can just go up to any room. Feels a little unsafe given the area. Besides that, pretty good stay. Small rooms but ample bathrooms/shower with waterfall showers. "
