But the bathroom was "down the drain"...awful lighting and ventilation, shower/tub valve was loose, no counter space, and very old shower curtain."

She is an asset to your company. 😊💞 The guy at the front desk when we left was a grump 😕 unfriendly. Barely said thank you. I said Have a nice day. No response. No personality. Not a good impression."

"They double booked me and I was left stranded without a room for the night. There was a line of people out the door with double bookings. It’s an old run down motel. Hence why there is no deposit needed. Staff didn’t want to help resolve the matter. They just shrugged their shoulders or wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia was trying to call them to resolve the issue. Will never attempt a booking here again."

"So this is a very quiet cute retreat that is snuggled in a small mountain town. A few good choices for food, and there is a bar called Little Bear Saloon. Great food, live music and just a great environment. The only issue is there was no one there to check in with, or speak to about anything. The main office was always closed. Other then that nice spot"

"Conveniently located by the hospital. Rooms were cheap , breakfast was good (nice way to start the day without having to worry about that stuff). Checking in and out was quick, efficient. No compliments. Would definitely stay there again"

"All was good, save the "desk chair" in the room. For a desk chair that had no wheels and was too heavy to easily slide on the carpet made it awkward to slide in and out while working at the desk."

"Our rooms all had issues including a leaking toilet that was not taken care of the bathroom was dirty. TV didn't work in 1 room and none of the phone in the 3 rooms worked."

"Room and hotel itself were very clean and staff were great. Older hotel so some stuff coming off the wall like trim. Only complaint is the beds are hard as rocks. The breakfast was phenomenal though! Would recommend. Good area and very safe property."
