"New hotel in a good location to go to Red Rock Amphitheater. Quiet neighborhood. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy."

"Free parking, attentive staff, lovely breakfast buffet, pool/hot tub with mountain views are all great. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. But the bathroom was "down the drain"...awful lighting and ventilation, shower/tub valve was loose, no counter space, and very old shower curtain."

"Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver....

"Beautiful place and so close to red rocks"

"Really cool environment if you are into dinosaurs and fossils. The hotel is older and shows its age in places. But it's clean and well maintained. Bed is not too bad. HVAC is noisy (we've had 2 different rooms with the same issue). Staff is courteous and the included breakfast is pretty good with fresh scrambled eggs, green chili, some kind of meat and potatoes. The coffee is awful, but everything else is quite good."

"Flooring in rooms need repair, but staff was excellent and breakfast was plentiful. Price was reasonable, would stay there again. Not near very noisy highway."

"Unfortunately, we had gone to bed and, we could smell burning in our room. We called the front desk but, nobody seemed to rush to see. We called down again and we were offered another room (they said the smell was possibly dust burning off the aircon!). The other room was better as it was on the quiet side but, the trailing lead that supplied the bedside light and charging point, was faulty. The Lady from the front desk came up again but could not remedy. We decided sleep was more important than...

"Just a little dated. Very little parking. Especially coming back at 11 pm. Nice employees. Breakfast was average. Good enough. Bed was comfortable. "

"Wifi was down and doors couldn’t be open with keycards . Staff had to come and open the doors for us which made it awkward and unsafe . Linens were dirty and dusty . Also , they never ever return the incidentals fee so watch out for this !"

"The room was perfect. Our only complaint was the breakfast, which was sparse. Some of The pastries were pre made and wrapped, full of chemicals, not edible. There was no yogurt. The juice was not refreshed, mostly apple, not enough orange. Apparently, the very polite kitchen worker was overwhelmed. There was one bagel 40 minutes before closing, never refreshed. The next morning 15 minutes after opening, there was one bagel!! There were 3 half and half containers for a hotel with at least...
