"The property is gorgeous. There is a lot to do there."

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot. Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it."

"Great views. Lovely staff, but not a great neighborhood to stay in. Too many homeless. Restaurants close between 2 pm and 5 pm at night. Unit is dated"

"Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking...

"We like everything it was very clean room , the staff was very kind and polite in all shifts , breakfast the three days always was fresh, healthy and the cafeteria was very clean, they have free fresh coffee and tea 24 hours….. love the parking space close to the entrance and not extra charge, also they have three elevators .definitely I’ll be back again to stay in my next vacation."

"Front desk lacked customer service Ignored customer service when I was checking in, gave me a bad view from my unit (I knew there were other similar units with better views available and was not asked for a preference) Also, when I inquiry about the properties services per answers were unpleasant as if she was bothered by me asking"

"The food was amazing , a little too expensive for the room, for that price we should have had a full kitchen, the water was a great temperature but the pool was not very clean for as many employees walking around, also found a roach in the bathroom, 🤔"

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"We enjoyed the location. We felt like we were in nature instead of the hectic Waikiki area. We drove all over the island everything was within an hour. The marine on the west side is great. Hotel feels very comfortable, it doesn’t feel like a mega resort. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. We’d stay here again."
