The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location "

"This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise)."

"We stayed overnight near airport for an international flight out. Epic Honolulu rainstorm likely colored our experience. Free shuttle from airport was nice. Staff pleasant. Rooms a bit dated and the heavy winds/rain entered our sliding windows, soaking the nearby carpet. Gym modest but nice. Complimentary breakfast average. No restaurants on the property but two malls a short walk away, one with a great lineup of Asian eateries (Thai/Lao/Viet, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese). The walk during the...

"Our client asked not to be booked here again. She reported that the floor of the room was damp and the room smelled musty. She also encountered several bugs in her room during her stay. These conditions gave her an overall feeling that the room was not clean or well-maintained."

"The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "

"Very clean rooms. Excellent room size with clean dishes, chairs, and tables. Laundry service was on-site and convenient, but at $5/cycle, it gets expensive fast. Property is conveniently located in Kapolei, so shopping and dining options are at most 15 minutes away. We will stay here again!"

"Location is fantastic and bed was comfortable. but unfortunately the accommodation wasn’t clean. The cabin had hair in the broom, was full of flies, a simple vacuum would have been good. "
