"The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio."

"Rude staff, bad smell in the hotel, old and not unkept. The pool was also under “maintenance”! A pile of dirty towels in the hallway next to our room. Not clean, hot muggy hallways, and terrible service! Never booking there again."

"I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and lack of staff. Breakfast was limited and very little. When i needed fresh towels or assistance from the front desk I would have to go down and get the items and still had to wait for a staff member to show up. It was definitely a convenient location for what we were there for. Would suggest updating the furniture and having an outside cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning. Thank you"

"My stay was good. The location was very accessible to places I needed to visit. Breakfast was good except once done it was replaced. Another thing wrong was my remote control. It was malfunctioning. Other than that it was good."
