"Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Parking was right out front for our mid-week stay. A convenient location for the west entrance to Joshua Tree and a visit to Pioneertown for dinner. A good price for what we received. Highly recommend."

"Basic. Was just a place to crash but it was loud. We could hear everything in the hall and other rooms. There was a hair on the sink counter and it didn’t look like from a head. That always grosses me out. The bed was comfortable at least."

You have to be ready to haul your luggage in a cart to your camper, but it wasn't hard to do. Appreciated the security offered by the entry gate. Lots of items for sale in the main building. After bringing it up, the situation was eventually addressed—they held our belongings while maintenance worked on another room for us. The bigger issue was timing. "We love how there are multiple hot tubs. The hot tub’s temp was 103 degrees and it was awesome. The pool was about 90. We got breakfast and lunch at the restaurant onsite. I think it’s named Capri? The food was good and Adam our server was very helpful and welcoming. Food was hot and the drinks were cold. 👍 Honestly the rooms are very dated and the hallway smelled like weed when we arrived.
