"This is actually a motel. It's not stated in the listing. This motel is not suitable for families or married couples. We didn't stay over night because we didn't like the vibe of it during the day, when we checked in, nor at night. The room was clean but the property looked worn out from the outside. Would not recommend unless you really have to."

"Solid property close to Pioneertown for the concert we attended. Interior of room is Ikea. Extra bedding helped, quiet property. Joshua Tree is 30 minutes away. A lot of parking, no elevator. Tiny gift shop, no breakfast but they have coffee. Staff is super friendly and helpful. That was the best part of the stay."

The views were nice from our room, and on the grounds there were seating and viewing areas to catch the sites. The only helpful criticism I have is the lack of response to messages.
