"Horrible condition of rooms, plumbing problems, smell, not clean. Staff has no manners. "

"The room smelled like the air filters haven’t been changed in decades. The breakfast was mostly cheap sticky buns from Walmart, stale cereal and too many people crowded into the front office sad. The staff were creepy asking me where I was going, what I was doing for lunch, why I traveled alone. Just creepy. "

"Brandy at the front desk excellent. Staff all good. Property run down. Clientele terrible the night we stayed. Fights breaking out. Drunks. Loud. Security did come around. Still loud all night. Quiet at 6am. Too bad because it could be a great place but I’ll never go again. NMT"

"The layout of the room was perfect. Also, I had no idea that we were going to get a full kitchen with the room too. That was a nice surprise. The bathroom door squeaked a loud pop when closing it but otherwise this place was amazing."

"We enjoyed our stay. Although it is an older hotel , it was clean and relaxing. Reminder for anyone with blond highlights - the mineral water will turn it brassy. Next time I’ll get a special conditioner and not get my hair wet. It had an old school feel , simple and the staff was very helpful. So top notch chill"

"I was disappointed about the hotel check in because when I arrived at 10pm and there was no staff at the check in counter for like 20 min. I waited and told the front desk guy that I had been waiting for a while, he DIDNT even apologized and said it was not that long he was away from the desk. What kind of customer service is that. Terrible!!! And the hotel towers are very old and rough."

"Gorgeous view of the mountains. Room was very clean. Pool and hot tub areas were extremely clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Incredible value for the rate I paid. Will stay again next time I’m in town."

"This is a clean facility. They have complimentry breakfast, which is nice. It was a bit noisy with kids at night. Did not receive a top floor and asked for 1. It was close to the facility I was there for. I would stay there again."
