"My room was very clean and comfortable.
It’s a nice quiet location very close to summer town centre.
The lady was very nice and welcoming.
Very hot shower which was nice..

"Very quaint hotel that was perfect for our overnight stay in Oxford. We even looked into trying to stay another night but all the rooms were booked! :) There is a very nice green space that we used to relax and read. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Firstly, this hotel lies on its website. The water is not from Blenheim Palace it is ice Valley from Tesco. The furniture in the room is not mango wood it is chipboard. There was no powerful mixer shower but a fine mist coming out of a plastic showerhead. The room we ended up with looked nothing like the pictures and more like the Travelodge from 1980. We were not impressed at all as the bed wasn’t long enough. There was an iron mark that had melted the carpet, a simple rug would’ve covered...

"Very disappointing experience.
I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom, as clearly stated in the listing, but I was given a room with a shared bathroom instead. Despite raising the issue, the hotel refused to provide a room matching the original description, even though availability appeared to exist.
The room also had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay.
More concerning, the fire door on my floor was wedged open, which raises serious safety concerns.
