"Just stayed to catch early am flight"

"Check in was great, and quick. I really appreciate the breakfast voucher and the convenience of the 2 restaurants in the building. BUT When I got to my room I noticed it was very poorly cleaned, make up was still spilt on the counter, hair in the shower and bath tub, coffee table didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I am 36 weeks pregnant and was in town for a prenatal appointment when I got to my room I was exhausted and just wanted to lay down and relax. The last thing I wanted to do was walk all the way back down the hallway (I was at the very end on the 4th floor) to request a clean room. When I checked out I told the front desk about the filth and she didn’t seem to care she said I should have requested to switch rooms. I was very disappointed with the lack of compassion and the lack of willingness to do anything! "

"The Theme room we had was disappointing, the wall next to the bathroom was damaged and the wall next to the the water side. The space pillow was digusting and damaged they need to buy new pillows. The only thing the kids liked was the pool and waterslide, next time we won't be getting a theme room, I hope the other rooms were better. "

"One night stay as a stopover for work. Parking lot was pretty much full. I took the last space. There was only Tim Horton’s parking after that. Front staff were great and quick. Love the “complimentary cookies” (bag with Tim Horton’s chocolate chip cookie). First elevator ride was with someone who clearly had come in from smoking a joint. Room was clean. Bed was comfy and pillow was comfy! I was worried about the hallway noise but people started to be quiet. Breakfast was disappointing. A case of Tim Horton’s muffins, 2 cereals and a coffee machine that has THE WORST coffee I can ever remember drinking. 4 sips and down the drain. Thank goodness for the little coffee pot in my room. Saving grace of the morning. I would only choose to come back if I needed to stay in that particular area. "

"Comfortable clean room, quiet even though right next to elevator. Two places to eat attached to hotel, 24hr dennys and sharks bar if you want a beer with your food. Overall good place to stay. "
