"The Penthouse suite was beautiful and very well appointed. Linens were not of the quality expected of this kind of suite. Clean but very well used and showing wear and tear. The continental breakfast was not as described and was very underwhelming. The fridge was not stocked as described. It appeared that there was little maintenance done during our stay."

"Room cleaning needs improvement! Tub tiles had mildew which is unacceptable particularly at the price charged for this room. Restaurant service and food were average at best. The bright spots were the location which is excellent and the hotel (not restaurant) staff who were very good."

"Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Rooms, hallway and elevators were not vacuumed enough or at all and it showed.
Room was never dusted. Inch of dust on bedside lamp and phone.
Shower supplies not refilled or replaced even when we got new bottles ourselves. They were on the sink counter or tub and never moved.
Housekeeping does not understand English.
Tables in dining area are not cleaned after use and are sticky.
Mattress was worn out and lumpy!
