The staff were amazing! They handled the fact that there are major renovations still underway (and disruptive if you want to use elevators, sleep past 7am, or keep your curtains open to allow natural light in) more than bearable. They were kind, courteous, positive, and accommodating. When renovations are complete on this property, I would highly recommend.

There are still a lot of renovations being done which I wasn’t expecting because when I stayed there earlier this year the renovations were going on and I understood they were closing for the summer to complete the renovations. I must say I was very disappointed because the price was much higher so I was expecting a nicer place. The staff were very nice and friendly, thank you again.

We were informed prior to our arrival that many facilities were unavailable and we were happy to proceed. In lieu of restaurant/coffee shop being ready the property supplied an on- the- run coffee and light refreshment each morning which was really appreciated. All of the staff including construction workers on site were extremely friendly and helpful

This hotel is more a construction site than hotel currently. DON'T stay here until the renovations are completed. Drilling, hammering, etc. starts at 8AM and is relentless.

Hotel Halifax rearranged my booking, which was slightly different than my expectation. The room at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was big, and two queen beds were comfortable, but no harbor view and no microwave.

This was a very central place to stay. We were just very disappointed that Expedia did not tell us that it was under construction and that there was no availability of the pool and area. That was very disappointing for us. We paid the price for all the amenities, but did not receive them.
