"The staff was very helpful in guiding places to eat, tourist attractions, and overall recommendations in Lisboa. The room was always clean and had many accessible services towards guests. The main benefit was being in the center of Lisboa and close to tourist activities."
"This centrally located hotel was superb on all counts. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making an effort to make every part of our stay excellent. The room was large and beautiful. The bed and sheets were great. The breakfast buffet with à la carte extras were more than anyone could ask for. The couples massage with accompanying lunch amazing, as was the pool. Highly recommend this hotel! Will tell our friends and family and will stay here again when we return to Porto"
"I’m a bit of a hotel snob and was a bit worried about staying here on our 3 night trip to Porto. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I had read the reviews and had it in my mind it was going to be a run down, old hotel - but that wasn’t the case at all. The hotel is old but very well maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing and truly made things seamless during our stay. The valet concierge went above and beyond to make accessing our vehicle simple and quick. Ubers were about $10EU per trip to the city.
