"The property was clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed on day #1 of our stay, but did open day #2 late in the day. Fresh cookies provided at front desk -- they were great. Our biggest complaint was that they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms. We left about 9:30 am for an event. We got back at 5pm. Our room had not been touched. "This was by far the most comfortable bed we slept in! The whole property was wonderful! In the evening we sat on the rocking chair with bottle of Jack and watched fireflies! Very quiet and relaxing! "Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again"

"Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave.
