Staff was amazing. I have a service dog and have had absolutely no issues, they have been very kind. Love that they have a parking garage and key card entries.

Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire Virginia Beach
There was trash left in front of my room for two days as well as laundry. I was unable to get trash bags for the kitchen and no dolly was available for check out and I had to carry heavy luggage as a disabled veteran.
