First time but not the last time coming to Norah Heads Holiday Park. Facilities are fabulous for kids and have everything you need albeit a bit of a squish in cabin Pelican 13-but workable.

The palms and greenery surrounding the freshly refurbished cabins gives the park an almost tropical feel, along with the resident bird life filling the air with song and the rabbits scurrying around on the grassy knoll at the rear of the cabins. A lovely space!

A nice caravan park, clean cabin. Unfortunately there was absolutely no wifi and very poor tv signal so on our rainy day not much to do. Would be good if there was an indoor games room (not just with lolly machines and money grabbing claw machines) . The pool area was quite nice and the staff were friendly.

Cute little park

We had a stay with friends and were in a Pelican cabin. These weren't advertised as refurbished but we were pleased to find out they were. Nice finishes and comfortable stay. An extra heating unit would have been beneficial as, even on the highest fan setting, the heat didn't really move to the bedrooms very well. Some extra blankets in the rooms would have been good. I'm not sure if it was due to the refurbishment, but the TV had a little shelf sticking out for the Foxtel box at a terrible height for cracking your head on. Not ideal, would be great if this could be reconfigured, as I am sure we're not the first to have an issue. Also, when we opened the door to our unit, whilst the bleach smell told us it had been cleaned, all floors were still very wet. They need to be dried during winter as there was no way they'll dry on their own without the heating on. We're lucky nobody slipped. The park itself is pleasant, park and jumping pillow for kids were great, the pool and splash area looked wonderful, just a bit cold for us this time of year.

Excellent modern cabin in beautiful location

We stayed in a cabin for one night, but wish we had longer! The cabin was modern and neat with excellent facilities. The location was beautiful, close to beaches, cafes and the lighthouse. The check-in process was easy - we arrived after-hours but were provided with clear instructions. We will definitely be back!
