"La habitación mediocre manchas de pintura la puerta del lavabo lamentable no podíamos abrirla del todo por que pegaba en el inodoro, sillas y mesa del balcón llenas de pintura, en el lavabo ni un solo enchufe de corriente la lamparilla de la mesita de noche no funcionaba los enchufes de la habitación solo había uno y era casi inaccesible etc."

"Like quite a few of the other reviews, not a 5star hotel. Maybe 4 at best. Service inconsistent throughout. And more importantly, entire property is under construction both inside and out, and not minor renovations, we're talking the complete removal of steps and access down to the beach. Arguably one of the largest selling and marketing features of this hotel was non accessible without any disclosure. Instead you'd have to walk into town to get to any beach which is public vs the one you paid...

"For context, we stayed at this hotel as part of our honeymoon in Portugal. The positives are obvious when you look at pictures of the property. There is a stellar beach with a private area within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, the property's design is very nice, and the Algarve is beautiful no matter where you go. The reality is this hotel is designed for families with kids. If you are looking for a family vacation, this is a great hotel choice for you. There was an absurd amount of kids...

"This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!"
