"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us set up baggage transfer and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The hotel was very clean. There was a Family Mart around the corner which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers."

"The hotel itself is not exactly right near much….but you walk 10 minutes and suddenly you are near everything: Kyoto Station, shopping, restaurants, bars. We liked that….the serenity of the hotel and the immediate area, but quick to everything you could want. The hotel itself is small, but very modern and well maintained. The room was perfect for us 5. Plenty of room, a mini kitchen setup, very comfortable. Also, because Kyoto bus transportation is so solid, and there is a bus stop 1 minute...

"Es el mejor hotel de los que he estado en Japón, las Habitaciones son muy confortable, limpia, con barrio es muy bonito, muy tranquilo, y el personal que atiende es muy, muy amable, en especial la señora que nos recibió, una disculpa por no acordarme del nombre. Tiene servicio de envío de maletas (nos la enviaron a Tokio por 1300 pesos). Nos encantó, cuando volvamos a Kioto, nos volveremos a quedar y lo recomendaré mucho!! "

"こちらにお世話になったのは２度目です。前日にチェックインのメールがあり、質問等あればすぐに返信してくれるので心配はありません。今回はチェックインのときに係の方がいらしていて丁寧にサポートして下さいました。お部屋は清潔感があり、キッチンや洗濯機があります。マンションの一室なのでトイレとお風呂が別々なのもうれしいです。立地も桜川の駅から5分ほどですし、難波までも歩いて行けそうな距離です。ホテルの前にバス停もあるので海遊館などにもバス一本で行けます。滞在中は快適に過ごせました。また宿泊したいホテルです。"
