"Though local, I frequently stay here just to get away. The room is always clean. Breakfast is a true breakfast with hot foods with hearty to healthy choices. No outrageous, incidental fees, and the one time that I had an issue (loud children at play) they moved me to the top no hassle. Love it here. Paying a mortgage but TRU is a part of my self care."

"Right off 24 .. clean safe location beds comfortable rooms big newly remodeled.. only quirk they have no elevator so second floor you use stairs"

"The shower water was always lukewarm leaning to cold, if not cold. The ac wouldn’t function continuously throughout the whole night."

"Fire or smoke alarm was going off randomly all night. Front desk didn't care. They said "someone is vaping". Complained about in the morning and they still didn't care. They also charged us $75.00 for bringing a dog."

"Filthy place. Thick dust on coffee machine & vents. Mold in fridge which also leaked on the floor. Dirty shower, floor, and towels were stained. Our room was $100 for one night. Should have slept in the car."

"They tried to double bill me for two rooms. I only had one room. This morning we were awakened by a false fire alarm. I decided to get cleaned up, only to find that there was no water. No kind of compensation was offered"
