"Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located."

"My stay was 4 days, I did not know if the Hotel had ice or what floor it was on. Usually there is something inside the hotel room that provides that information. I did not know if they had a restaurant either. Too bad I had folks across me, that would always slam their door day and night. I just found out before I had to check out that they had coffee in the morning and wine at night. I had to find out from a friend, not from the Hotel.

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out!
