"This Holiday Inn Express was exceptional Raquel was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful she was. The hotel was extremely busy and it didn't matter as she provided assistance on numerous occasions and was so pleasant and professional The entire staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious Rooms extremely clean and smelled so nice."

"The room temperature was about 69 degrees when we walked in out of the 100 degree weather. Very refreshing and clean room."

"Dead cockroaches on the floor and one crawling on the wall and spiders had a good village on the wall . But the mane thing is came back to our room and the room door was open 3 times. All you had to do was push on the door and it would pop open . Had to carry all our valuables with us. Thank god the dead bolt worked when you were in the room. Did not feel very safe. We have stayed there several times. Not again ."

"The hotel was nice, very clean, breakfast was basic, but nice. Parking was easy and it is conveniently located to walk to the casino. The only thing that was concerning was it felt like shady stuff was happening with upper management. It made me very uncomfortable."

"There was no back up toilet paper no hand soap. There was a glob of hair on the carpet by the bed. There was an animal scratching in the wall at night behind my bed. My room was 104, next to the reception fireplace. I went to the reception desk 2 times, called out and no one ever came. This was about 9am and 11am."

"The entire hotel needs an upgrade, from wall paint, bedspreads, to bathroom shower. There were hair strands in my shower, chip and mold around the shower and shower curtain, even with the shower curtain closed the floor still got wet to a puddle, found a bug crawling up the tv stand, mattress a little hard/stiff, towels rough feeling"

"The staff was amazing! The bathroom and bedroom were clean. Breakfast was ok. The pool and hot tub were disgusting! My nephew was getting married nearby and it was my daughter’s 7th birthday and we stayed here because of the pool. She was so upset!! She is a swimmer and the other reviews were good! If you are going and expecting to swim good luck! If your not looking to swim it was great and lots of shopping nearby!"

"I usually have good experiences with Hampton Inn, so this stay was disappointing. Before booking, I specifically called ahead to confirm that the hot tub was operational because that was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I was assured it was working. After I arrived, I was told it was actually out of service. When I went to look at it, the hot tub only had about 4–6 inches of black, stagnant water in it with algae, mold, leaves, and other debris swirling around inside. It had...

"The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable."

"Water damage to second floor ceilings and walls including non termite non bedbug bugs; but bugs nonetheless. Staff was super nice. Parking easy. Didn’t need a badge to get into the building from outside from door not fully closing. But semi secluded area. Breakfast is rough. But overall good experience for cheapest option available."
