"The bed sheets and bedding smelled musty and old."

"The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable."

Before booking, I specifically called ahead to confirm that the hot tub was operational because that was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I was assured it was working. After I arrived, I was told it was actually out of service.
