The staff were polite and the property is generally clean but only partially renovated - new hallway carpets, new floors and furniture in the rooms, very average bathrooms, but with original doors (looks like) with new locks, old windows and popcorn ceiling. "Front desk staff needs a serious makeover. Rude staff lied about a “mysterious change” to my reservation. I had booked a standard room with w queen beefs weeks ago. I was given a single queen accessible room. Front desk staff told me it was too bad and they were now full after lie about the change made to my reservation.
