"We stayed for 3 nights and had the most fantastic experience! The hospitality was outstanding—so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was pristine, spotless, and felt brand new. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and a lovely start to each day. Parking was also really easy, which made everything so convenient. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, and we’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit Bacoli!"

"Fräscha rum i en finare del av Neapel. Nära till fina restauranger med gångavstånd till spanska kvarteren, färjorna till Sorrento och Capri och shopping. Trevlig personal, bemannad reception 10-12 timmar om dagen. Största nackdelen att det är lite lyhört. "

"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."
