"We were allowed to check in early and really needed that. The front desk personnel were very helpful and explained about the train lines and we bought the tickets at the hotel and used the red and blue line trains to travel. "

"Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. "

"Staff were all very nice and welcoming. The room was always very clean. It is a great location to walk to many nearby places, including to the Porto get a boat to Capri or Amalfi. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Naples."

"Enjoyed our stay at Poerio 25 Boutique. Well appointed, large room, generously sized bathroom, modern (and stylish) and clean. Check-in was very quick and easy. Only criticism we had of the room itself was that our air conditioning wasn't the greatest, so it was a little warmer in the room than we hoped for. Otherwise, though, incredible location. Surrounded by little streets full of charming and fun bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores. Steps away from Via Chiaia and Via...

"The host Federica was great - friendly, responsive, and provided directions and suggestions. She also let us check in early which is awesome. The host keeper Alex is friendly and made us espresso every time we see him. They treated us like family. The location is safe and was close to everything we had planned. Plenty of restaurants around the coast. Note: every room has a private bathroom but it may not be connected to your room so you'll have to walk in the hallway to get to it. "
