It was a very exciting experience for my family. Staffs were welcoming , food was impressive . It has shuttles to/from Tobu Nikko/JR Nikko and could drop you off to Toshogu in the morning . If you have Nikko pass, you will be fine without rental car.

Above and Beyond Service

The staff goes really out of their way for their guests. We missed the last shuttle of the day from the train station to the hotel. We decided to walk, since we also missed the last bus. When we were walking, a van pulls over to the side of the road: it was the shuttle, which was sent out to get us, without us even asking! The amount and quality of the food served is incredible! Plenty of variety, with everything plated and served by incredibly polite and attentive staff.

Séjour fantastique Nous y avons passé juste une nuit Nous avons dormi dans une chambre traditionnelle et profité du onsen et dîner et petit déjeuner avec des plats typiques délicieux Petit bémol sur la localisation bien qu’une navette puisse nous récupérer et déposer sur les lieux à visiter, il faut bien s’organiser car c’est assez compliqué

全体的に清潔で気持ちの良く、ゆったり過ごせました。お食事も十分な品数と胃にも優しい内容で大満足です。 スタッフの皆さまにも大変ご親切にして頂きました。 強いて言えば、ルームサービスの冷水ポットは、ペットボトルの方が安心で嬉しいです。 ロビーのコーヒーサービスの混雑、お部屋の洗面台が低い点（築年数から仕方ないですね）、帰りの送迎車のエアコンがついておらず窓が締め切りだった点、以上が惜しい！
