"Superb location (shortest walk possible from the plaza/port) with exceptional! staff! Polite, caring, cheerful, and accommodating! My room was on the corner on the 2nd floor and l had ocean views both from the window and the balcony (3rd floor is probably even better). 3-nights cost me $160 so it was a fair deal. "I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

"We were very disappointed with our stay. After check-in, we found the toilet seat broken. The reception informed us it could be repaired in the evening, but since we had dinner plans, we agreed it could be fixed the next day after check-out. We placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. However, when we returned from dinner, someone had entered our room without permission, repaired the toilet, and left dirty footprints and stains in the bathroom. This is a serious breach of privacy. Υπήρχε ένας συνεχής θόρυβος, από ένα μηχάνημα ενός εστιατορίου, κάτω από το δωμάτιο μας που δεν σταματούσε ποτέ. Ακόμα και το βράδυ δεν μας άφηνε να κάνουμε άνετο ύπνο.
