"Our stay at Lotte Arai Resort was nothing short of magical — truly a winter wonderland experience from start to finish. One of the standout conveniences was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. It made arrival and departure completely seamless and stress-free, especially when travelling with winter gear. From the moment we stepped onto the shuttle, everything felt easy and well-organised. We opted for the full board package, and it was absolutely worth it. The variety and quality of food across all meals were fantastic, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well.
