「おもてなし」の心は老舗旅館という割にゼロです。 玄関へのお出迎えももちろんなく、車を停める場所もなく、案内もなく適当な説明。 その後、チェックインですぐそばに待っているのに研修生への説明でこちらに気づかないのはどうかと思う。 第一印象はとても大事なのに。 受付での説明も研修生で不十分。 さほど忙しくもない平日に泊まったのに。 あちこちに旅行するけど夕食時間をいきなり「１８時から」と言われ選べなかったのは初めて。 フリードリンクも説明なし。 夕食もお品書きにあるものが無かったり、料理の説明も無し。 この旅館の研修生は「アルバイト」なのでしょうね。 「バスタオル」を持ち帰るなとか、ふとんを敷く時に貴重品に気をつけろとか、従業員まで泥棒扱いでもう少し表現を考えるべき。 「eco」という表現ではなく、「経費節減」と書かれたほうがまだまし。 食事は「新潟」とありますが「ほうば焼」は岐阜「昆布締め」は富山の名物です。 すべてが「おもてなし」ではなく「この旅館の都合」と感じた。 名前を変えたのは以前から印象が良くなかったからでしょうか。 前日にあつみ温泉の老舗旅館が隅々まで心配りがあっただけにレベルの段違いの差を感じた。 料金はなぜか２０％の税金がつき、価格は同じぐらいでした。 「団体旅行」のバスもきていたので「団体旅行」などで安価にいくならいいと思います。 二度と行きたくない旅館になりました。

スタッフの対応(特に食事担当の方たち)はとても感じが良かったです。 庭がとても良かったです。夜はライトアップされてて、もう少し暖かい季節なら外で座ってお酒を飲みたかったです。羊さんもいて、とても癒されました。 お風呂も露天風呂が最高でした。 でも1つだけ、部屋に入った瞬間から湿気による独特な臭いが気になりました。
