" I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel. On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. After talking to the front desk, then only I realised that it is Ibis Hotel, but not Ibis Style Hotel! So I had to wait for another shuttle that...

"We enjoyed the sitting area, so we didn't have to sit on the bed. The staff was helpful. The buffet was very tasty, both for dinner and breakfast. The drinks machine wasn't working, and some of the signs indicating what food was what, were incorrect, which was annoying. However, the food itself was tasty."

"The inside is well-kept and stylish. Especially the lobby, including its seating and dinning areas, are large and inviting. The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The Sauna and workout room on the fifth floor offered a nice view and spacious relaxation/fitness space."

"The room was large and very well designed with modern amenities. Especially impressed with auto lights that come on in the night below bed and guides to washroom. Nice shower. Super large picture window. Very quiet. Restaurants are amazingly good. Dinner and breakfast. Wow!"

"Very nice rooms and modern reception area. The breakfast atrium location and offering was off the chart awesome. Bar was good, a little over priced but very dark compared to the other amenities. The self serve convenience mart area was nice with good selections. The entry into the hotel is where the smokers sit and while a nice seating area, beware of all the smokers leading in to the hotel and as much as they try to keep up with all the cigarette butts and provide large containers, guests...

"The location was great and staff were helpful. We didn’t use the gym or sauna. The room was clean although the carpet was stained. The bed was comfortable and the shower was not bad, albeit a bit dated."

"The property is in a great location. Staff was superb. The gym was closed and they comped the breakfast. Bathroom was small and poorly designed for a person who is big ( I’m 6’4”)."

"Good stay but it doesn’t have parking so you have to carry the bag a very long distance. If you do try to drop them off in front the police will stop you"
