The staff is super rude. Specially the bar tender. On the other hand, the hotel had a bad smell in the hallway. I won’t recommend to stay in this property. Avoid.

Time travel experience

If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay

Mitigé

Expérience mitigée. L'hôtel est ancien avec certains éléments rénovés ou modernisés et d'autres non. Cela donne un mélange un peu bizarre parfois. Nous avions une grande chambre avec une salle de bain neuve mais des meubles en bois vieillots et une très mauvaise connection wifi (notez que la connection 4G-5G est aussi assez mauvaise). Le restaurant propose un menu de 4 plats le soir à 35 euros. La qualité était variable et un soir nous et tous les autres clients avons dû attendre 1h15 avant d'être servis! Aucunes explications n'ont été données, très mauvaise communication. Les gens étaient énervés et les enfants fatigués, c'était vraiment désagréable. Lors de notre séjour le hammam était en panne mais le reste fonctionnait. L'eau de la piscine est tiède donc ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose de chaud. Au niveau du ménage, notre chambre n'avait toujours pas été nettoyées à 16h30 lors de notre premier jour. Les lits étaient faits, la salle de bain lavées mais j'avais des doute sur le fait que l'aspirateur soit vraiment passé tous les jours dans les chambres (il y a de la moquette partout). Une note de 3/5 mais je ne pense pas y retourner ni le conseiller.

Dejligt, fredeligt sted ude i den store skov.

Hotellet ligger lidt afsides, men i rimelig kørselsafstand fra f.eks. Kaysersberg og Riquewihr. Vi boede i en suite på 3. sal med to balkoner og en pragtfuld udsigt over skoven og de nærmeste byer. Der var ingen larm. Personalet talte både fransk, tysk og engelsk, og de var meget servicemindede. Både morgenmad og den faste, 4-retters menu var helt i top, og prisen for 4 retter var kun EUR 35 pr. person.

Il est dommage d annoncer tout un tas de prestations et que rien ne fonctionne (sauna HS matelas à eau HS hamman HS grotte de sel ?)frigo HS ( signalé mais pas d intervention). Le petit déjeuner est bon la vue est jolie La personne a l accueil m a carrément dit de le signaler le lendemain (bien qu il se soit présenté comme le directeur )c était pas de sa faute…… J ai fait intervenir Hotel . com pour écourter mon séjour. Donc si vous voulez réserver téléphonez avant pour savoir ce qui marche ou pas……….

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt - die tolle Aussicht entschädigt für Defizite im Zimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung war perfekt. Das Bad ist sehr klein - es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten - der Unterschrank vom Waschbecken ist defekt. Auch in der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für Duschgel und Shampoo. Die Herren an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und herzlich und wir wurden ausführlich über Ausflugsmöglichkeiten informiert. Beim Frühstück fehlt Gemüse (Paprika, Tomaten usw.) aber reichlich Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Neben Baguette gab es auch verschiedene andere Brotsorten.und verschiedene süsse Teilchen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht ruhig wie beschrieben. Es ist laut vom Verkehr vor allem von den Motorradfahrern da es an aleiner Durchgangsstraße liegt. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes.Es gibt kein Müsli oder Haferflocken und auch keine hart gekochten Eier. Außerdem ist er sehr laut von der Küche. Die Betten sind sehr unpraktisch,sie rutschen auseinander.

Notre séjour fut agréable, bien que la propreté de la chambre n'était pas suffisante, moutons de poussière, prises de courant sales. Déplus les toutes salles du SPA n'étaient pas accessibles, la piscine était glaciale. Le personnel bien que serviable et disponible ne pouvait pas honorer tous les services de l'hôtel. Il y a selon des efforts à faire pour être un hôtels SPA 3 étoiles

La réservation est facile avec Hotels.com. Elle est hôtel est superbe, mais attention la piscine n'est pas accessible avec la réservation de la chambre. Il vous faudra rajouter 25 € par personne pour deux heures. Cette information n'est pas spécifiée lors de la réservation, c'est bien dommage.

La chambre étais pas mal mais par contre pour l’hygiène il n’y avais pas de claquettes et ça ce n’est pas normal pour un endroit comme ça . Le spa n’étais pas hygiénique. L’eau froide et c’était fade. Le petit déjeuner étais très limité aucun choix et pour les personnes végétariennes il ne propose aucun service . Serviette payante . A part la forêt autour rien n’étais agréable.

Honteux de proposer un spa comme celui ci

Que dire.. Nous voulions passer une séjour repos en couple, rempli de détente et de repos grâce à leur spa, mais c’était une castatrophe!! Il devait faire 15 degrés dans l’espace SPA, la grotte de sel pareil et pareil dans l’espace détente. Les lits d’eau était hors service, les bains à remous hors service, le hamam nous avons dû rester debout car il faisait chaud en hauteur. Et la température de la piscine était tout sauf chaude ou tiède!! Nous avons seulement pu profiter du sauna qui était agréable. Après le spa nous avons décider de nous installer dans leur salon proche de l’accueil pour boire un verre , il faisait un froid de canard. Heureusement que le dîner et le personnel était agréable c’est le seul point positif de notre séjour. Parlons de la chambre, la douche était boucher, et la chasse d’eau des wc ne fonctionner pas. Passer votre chemin, vous trouverez des hôtels dans les alentours bien plus agréable que ça.
