Exceptional service - my husband left his watch in the safe and they called us and were able to help ship it back to us. I cannot say enough about their honesty and their wonderful service! We had a very nice stay for 2 people. It was easy to find public parking next to the hotel. The property seemed recently renovated, everything was new and clean. Staff was very nice, and breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel was 5 min walking from Petite Venice, so very close to everywhere. Would come back.

Maybe the best hotel in Colmar!

Colmar is a lovely town and I couldn’t recommend anywhere better to stay than this hotel. Having travelled around France for 10 days beforehand this was by far the best hotel both for quality and location. On top of that it’s definitely worth a star more than its hotel rating.
