La posizione è eccellente: situato praticamente nel centro di Nizza, sulla via pedonale Rue de Massena, perfetta per passeggiare tra negozi, ristoranti e raggiungere facilmente il mare e le principali attrazioni della città. "The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"Great location, walking distance of the train station, restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and beach.
The kitchenette was a nice bonus for keeping drinks cold and having breakfast on site. Few coffee pods and tea bags would have been appreciated. Good windows, curtains and blinds also help keep the heat out during the day.
