The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked through Expedia, so the fact that the kitchen was only available if you stayed 3 nights did not come through. This was the end of our trip, and I was tired, so I didn't think to ask. They would have unlocked it for me if I had. Just a misunderstanding on my part. The lobby was really interesting. The hallway leading to the elevator to the rooms needs some attention. The vestibule flooring is a tripping hazard. Also, the hall lighting on the room floors needs to be motion activated. Having to find the light switch in the dark is not safe.

Réservé 2 chambres pour le même prix mais pas de qualité équivalente. La seconde (2eme nuit) était bien moins qualitative notamment pour le tarif pratiqué. Les salles de bains nécessitent une rénovation, la décoration date également un peu.
