Decent stay, friendly staff

The first room was horrible and we couldn't stay in that. Big ants in the room and smelled like a cellar. Luckily reception staff were very helpful and we had a better room. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the swimmingpool area. The buildings in the hotel area are outdated and some of them in poor condition. But rooms were clean and nice size. Surroundings are beautifulf with lots of flowers and trees. The village is beautiful as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are lovely, there is a lot for kids to do and the food is good. As for location, it does take about an hour with traffic to get to cannes or nice. Our only issue was that when we arrived it was raining and our roof was leaking. We were promptly moved, but i do think there is mold in the building because we are sentitive to mold and all of us were having breathing issues and eye irritation. Otherwise the stay was reallt great and we enjoyed it.

Nice area & facilities - bad house/apartment

The location and area seams nice (even though you need a car to get around). Unfortunately, the welcome email was only in French, and we didn’t realize there was important information (how to get through the gate). The staff was friendly and we got our room a bit earlier, which was nice. Their facilities such as the pool area and different sport courts were all nice. We didn’t try the restaurant, but the bar made nice cocktails. All events by the hotel were in French, and we therefore couldn’t participate. The house/cottage we stayed in was quite outdated and dirty. The bed was a sofa which was transformed into a bed - and it was very used. There were no real possible way to get fresh air through the rooms - and missing either window or functional air ventilation in bathroom/toilet. The toilet was in a seperat room from the bathroom with no sink, no window and no ventilation. The houas smelled of mould. We aware to bring your own towel, tabs for dishwasher etc.

This is not even a hotel!!!!!! This is a very filthy place!!! Infested with spiders!!! And bugs. I couldn’t stay at this place with my kids! And I had to book other hotels are the same time I was supposed to stay at this hotel! And they didn’t even want to refund me my stay!! Till now Expedia is ignoring my calls and my emails for refund! STOP BOOKING WITH EXPEDIA ITS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!

It's a nice resort however, as we only stayed for one night, didn't really have time to explore the facilities. Overall impression is good

Meal buffet is good, while expensive. Staff is nice overall, but very few speak English. You MUST have a car to get around, the area is kind of rural and away from city. The keys to apartment (F12) were useless since the door lock was broken. Front desk open 8AM to 10PM, but you have to leave earlier and come back late, so you have no one available to ask questions.

J’ai réservé au Belambra car on m’avait dit que c’était un endroit agréable, mais j’ai été assez déçu de mon séjour. Le logement était ancien et mal entretenu ainsi que pas du tout adapté pour un bébé de 17 mois escalier très dangereux, la salle de bain présentait des traces de moisissure autour de la douche, le sèche-serviettes était rouillé et sale, le sol taché et plusieurs ustensiles de cuisine manquaient par rapport à l’inventaire. L’aspirateur était cassé, la table de dehors horriblement sale et l'etendoir également. À notre arrivée tardive, le lit bébé demandé lors de la réservation n’était pas en place. J’ai dû aller le récupérer moi-même en pleine nuit, ce qui n’est pas normal pour un établissement de ce niveau. En revanche, je souhaite souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, en particulier la personne à l’accueil et le veilleur de nuit, qui ont été vraiment adorables et très aidants.( L'aspirateur a été changé quand j'ai demandé) Le club est agréable de l’extérieur et le cadre est joli, mais il serait vraiment nécessaire de rénover les logements. Au vu des tarifs, on peut s’attendre à un meilleur niveau de confort. Et pour information, une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer facilement.

Les activités étaient adaptées à tous les âges. Le personnel était très sympathique et disponible. Dans l’ensemble le club était bien entretenu mais un peu vieillissant. On se rend compte qu’il n’est pas de première jeunesse mais reste quand même très agréable car il est composé de beaucoup d’activités sportives (tennis, mini golf, volley, city, ping-pong…)

Alles war wunderbar. Sehr gute Luft, viel Natur. Frühstück ist nicht so gut, Omelett hat uns garn nicht geschmeckt, jesen Morgen das gleiche, sonst war das Abendessen sehr vielseitig und sehr gut, Rotwein und Rosawein inkl. und unbegrenzt, viel Dessert, Eis... Schwimmbad, drei Stück ist auch gut. Für ganz kleine, mittlere und Erwachsene. Morgens wird in Pool von Animatoren getanzt, sehr lustig dür Kids. Alles in einem war alles super. Wir würden mit unseren Kindern gerne wiederkommen.

Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad op Belambra, nu voor 2e jaar. Heel gezellig park. Ligt op een heuvel in een bosje met naaldbomen, dus veel schaduw, wat fijn is in de hitte. Accomedatie wat verouderd en eenvoudig, maar prima als onderkomen alles is aanwezig. Het park is heel gezellig en mooi aangelegd. Leuke animatie in het Frans.Weinig Nederlanders, voornamelijk Franse vakantiegangers. Ligging heel mooi, in een levendig gebied met mooie plaatsen en dorpjes en zee vlakbij, wel een auto nodig.
