"Our stay was better after a few days. First day checking in was a bit chaotic. You let the owner know once arrived. Owner will send you infos of how to get access to room through messages. Not enough clarification with this process. Once setup is done, all contacts were achievable.
First impression of room was water everywhere due to the AC leak. Had to contacted owner and he relocated us to a different room. Everything went well afterward.
So yea first impression wasn’t great. Hopes you all...

"I recommend homestay like this in Saigon any day. They are attentive and the 24/7 security is extra points. The rooms were clean and included a washing machine which is like a reward while being in Vietnam. The shops on ground floors makes it another reason to book REM. The pool is clean and never pack. As a solo traveler, this stay was no headache and is book it again"

"Clean and comfortable accomodation, classy place comparable with 5* Hotels, if not better.
Will be one of my favourite accomodation places in Ho Chi Minh. I have stayed in many luxury hotels in Ho Chi Minh, and this is comparable with most high end ones
Near to locals area away from touristy area."

"We loved our stay at Somerset. The staff was always so helpful, kind, and patient with the kids. We requested to upgrade our stay and it was a smooth process. The staff transferred our belongings to the new room which we appreciated so much. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the buffet breakfast and loved having the “daily detox” drink available at the lounge. I also used the gym which was handy. I gave 4 stars because of location (it’s pretty...

" 設備、立地、価格とどれを取っても素晴らしい！
ただ、最初のチェックインだけは初だと難しいと感じます。メールやLINEでスタッフと連絡を取り、そこから一緒にフロントへチェックインは分からなすぎた。そのままフロントへ行くもフロントロビーが存在せず、警備員に止められる笑
ただし、一度分かれば凄くよいホテルアパートなので次も利用します。
